Housing Material
Material - Polycarbonates (PC),(tradename - lexan, Makrolon). Polycarbonate is a durable material, easily moldable, workable and can be thermoformed. It has high impact-resistance, can be used over a greater temperature range. Since, Polycarbonate is highly transparent to visible light, a coating is applied to eliminate the transmission of light.
cost - relatively less due to suction force design process
Total cost - approx $200
